We are curating a regenerative community on our land.

Abiquiu NM is a magnet for artists, creatives, authors, growers and weavers. Nearby weekly farmers market (seasonal) is the epicenter of this small welcoming community.

Land is surrounded by National Forest access for hiking, climbing, biking, off-roading, rafting, fishing and exploring archaeological sites.

The climate is warm and dry with monsoon in Summer and light snow in winter.

Two parking spaces are available with immediate walking access into the white cliff box canyon at the end of a dirt road. Extremely quiet.

Starlink, power and water are provided. On-site water harvesting and garden area under development.

Parking in Del Norte Colorado

Del Norte Colorado is an outdoor mecca along the West flank of the San Luis Valley. Fishing, skiing, hiking, biking, ATVing, rail-biking, rafting, mine exploring - it is all nearby this small community. Two grocery stores, a hospital, music on summer nights, seasonal farmers market and epic stars are all perks of Del Norte.

Our Land is adjacent to National Forest and features a flat riparian area. We are actively working on permaculture design and regenerative land practices and looking forward to implementing what we learn through the Quivira Coalition and others.

The climate is cold, semi-arid with bitter temperatures in winter and warm days mid summer.

Parking spaces planned but not yet developed. If you are interested in working with us on this land project, we would love to hear from you. Starlink, water and septic are available. Regenerative soil with holistic grazing projects are on the horizon.
